Hi all! Just wanted to give a face to the name. I’m Hannah! The creator of Han Baked… Get it? Han baked, Hannah?

Anyways! I have always had a love for being in the kitchen, whether it was cooking meals or baking, you could find me there most days. My passion for baking began when I was a little girl helping make Christmas cookies every year and grew from there. More recently, my spark re-ignited when I began baking a new dessert every weekend that fit my parents’ stricter diet of being gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. While most of my offerings will be typical flour, I will offer a select number of gluten conscious options where they will not be made with gluten but still produced in a kitchen that processes gluten.
